Terms of use

Eligibility and conduct

Use this site only if you are at least 18 and meet the higher age required in your location. You are responsible for lawful access, accurate account details and content you submit. Do not impersonate others, harass members, evade restrictions or publish unlawful or explicit material.

Member transactions

A listing invites discussion between members. The buyer and seller must agree the item, condition, total cost, payment method, delivery and any return terms. UsedDoll does not process payments or offer escrow. Publication and moderation do not establish ownership, authenticity, fitness for use or a guarantee of performance.

Content and access

Submit only material you have permission to share. You allow the platform to display and moderate that material for its operation. Content or accounts may be restricted for rule violations or abuse. Report concerns with evidence. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory; consult the operator about a specific dispute.
